We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app's Admin section or by contacting us directly.

Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, though some data may be retained for legal or administrative purposes as required by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Important: MW Scorecard is designed for use by authorized church staff and volunteers who are 18 years of age or older. The app is not intended for use by children under 13.

Aggregate Data Only

While our app collects attendance counts for children's ministry areas (Elementary, Nursery, Preschool, and Student Sunday), this data is aggregate numerical data only. We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information about individual children, including:

• Names of children
• Ages or birthdates of children
• Contact information for children
• Photos or videos of children
• Any other personal information about individual children

User Accounts

All user accounts must be created by and for adults (18+) who are authorized church staff or volunteers. We do not knowingly create accounts for or collect personal information from children under 13.

COPPA and GDPR Compliance

Our service complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by:

• Not collecting personal information from children under 13
• Collecting only aggregate, non-identifiable attendance counts
• Restricting account creation to adults 18 years and older
• Not targeting children as users of the application

If We Discover Child Data

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without proper parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our servers. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child, please contact us immediately at privacy@mwscorecard.com.
